I started Dandelight as an online community several years ago where people can gather together in support of becoming their most wonderful BEing! Today I am proud to witness that digital community develop into a physical environment to continue with our mission. It is my greatest wish that we all become aware of our spiritual purpose and how we can be more conscious of creating an uplifting life for ourselves.

My mission is to enable others to discover and embrace their authentic self. I truly believe that if we can acknowledge and express who we genuinely are, our lives will be more meaningful. With the lessons I've learned, I'm going to assist others in finding their inner strength so that we may all empower one another, which will ultimately lead to greater fulfillment.


Dina took a leap and became a full-time yoga teacher in 2010 after completely burning out in her career in fashion merchandising and public relations. She earned her certification in Vinyasa at Sonic Yoga in NYC and built a thriving business teaching at top studios and in corporate offices. Her passion for travel inspired Dina to curate and lead wellness retreats in exotic locales including Costa Rica, Tulum, Puerto Rico and the Greek Islands. Always a beach-lover at heart, Dina relocated to South Florida in 2020 and launched her virtual studio where she offers live-streaming and on-demand classes. Her mission is to make yoga playful and accessible to everyone. Her classes are fun, creatively-sequenced, and alignment-focused.

As a creative soul with a background in film and storytelling, I find joy in connecting with people and helping them on their journeys. I enjoy being around like-minded individuals who share a passion for personal growth and creativity because it’s a great way for us all to lift each other up. Similar to filmmaking, yoga is an art form of expression and connection, and I’m committed to helping others always feel seen, supported, and inspired. I believe that a compassionate approach to wellness can transform lives, and I’m here to be a part of that journey!

My name is Michelle and my passions lie within expression, healing, compassion, and I stand firmly on humanity. My daily intentions are focused around a day at a time perspective that encourages healing and growing as a person and by doing this through a strong routine of wellness tools that bring support daily with consistency. I am always striving to become a conduit for the Universe so that I can help others and not get in the way of that. I believe in the infinite amount of healthy tools that we can grab ahold of to add fulfillment into our lives and to help us through the challenges that life can bring. I intend on being a part of a community which provides all the wonderful tools that inspire self-love, mental health/wellness, and love for others with the guidance from our teachers. I intend on being apart of a community that brings a place of safety and a place of freedom for all to explore.

Ava's yoga journey began in 2017 after a life-altering experience. In 2021, she completed her 200 HR YTT with Authentic Movements. Her passion is to create a safe, inclusive space for others to connect deeper to themselves and their bodies. Ava emphasizes dynamic movement and creative sequencing in her teachings, making each class unique and playful.

As a human, an artist, writer, and yoga guide my current desire is to positively inspire the way humanity sees the world through something as simple as movement, words, and photographs. Teaching yoga and creating are gifts that I always want to continue giving for however long I have on this Earth. They are sanctuaries for passionate self-expression and evidence of the most radical self-love. In other words, with the curiosity of my soul, the impeccability of my words, and my eye for detail I want to engulf people with adventures that are like never before. Something that lingers in the imagination and becomes reality once manifested. So let's go on an adventure!

Elizabeth Scheer is a transformational posture & movement specialist, guiding clients to unlock their body's potential. With over two decades of experience as a licensed massage therapist and 500+hr yoga certification, she adeptly assists students in uncovering and releasing rigid holding patterns, allowing for a profound awakening. Through her intuitive approach, Elizabeth facilitates a journey of self-discovery, helping individuals transcend physical & emotional discomfort, blocked energy, and suppressed emotions. Her sessions leave you feeling more vibrant, present, confident, and open, as she draws from her own journey of integrating and transmuting emotional and physical trauma. Each encounter with Elizabeth is not just a session; it's a transformative experience tailored to nurture and empower.

Kayla Wymann, 200 hr RYT, was born and raised in South Florida. After taking her first yoga class, she was hooked. Captivated by the healing that comes from the practice, she knew she had to share this magic with as many people as possible. She values the importance of moving with the breath and proper alignment. Trained in Hatha, Power Flow, and Kids Yoga, Kayla brings a warm and welcoming environment to heal and find balance through mind-body connection.

Yoga holds a powerful and special place in my heart. During a time when I was disconnected from my mind, body, spirit, and emotions, I found yoga (or it found me) and my yogic journey had begun. I believe that yoga is truly for anybody and any BODY no matter the age, body type, and experience. Yoga has provided an invaluable sense of self and mind-body connection for me and, as an instructor, it is my privilege, pleasure, and joy to provide that for anyone seeking that for themselves. I was certified in Greece by teachers and philosophers matching my passion for the art of yoga and I specialize in vinyasa and yin yoga styles. Come flow with me!

Sarah Platt-Finger is the Director of Chopra Yoga at IIN, and the co-founder of ISHTA Yoga, LLC. She is the coauthor of Living in the Light: Yoga for Self-Realization with Dr. Deepak Chopra, which has received international acclaim as one of the most practical and inspiring guides of yoga for the modern world. Sarah has been sharing the transformative tools of yoga on the global stage nearly two decades. She believes that yoga can be a microcosm for the reality we create off the mat, and that a deeper awareness of our physical, mental, and emotional patterns can bring us closer to the essence of our being. Sarah teaches an embodied and affirming practice that encourages healing, transformation, and self-empowerment.

Martha is a sound bath meditation practitioner, a YogaBody®️ Breath & Science of Stretch Coach, and NYU Certified Executive/Life Coach. Her focus is on creating simple practices that are accessible to all with the goal of balancing the nervous system in order to create a harmonious state within the body, mind, and soul. Martha’s passion is in helping people silence the inner noise and reduce the static within the mind and body, allowing one to come to a place of inner silence, stillness, and spaciousness. In such a state, Higher-Consciousness can come through to resolve conflict, heal the body, and reach new levels of creativity. With a professional background in logistics and client management, you can expect a high-quality, curated experience every time.

Loni, a seasoned Pilates energetics and neursomatic coach with nearly two decades of experience, empowers women to embrace and love their bodies by fostering a harmonious mind-body connection. Her unique approach combines Pilates techniques with energetic and neuromuscular insights, helping women achieve a balanced and joyful self. Known for her supportive and uplifting classes, Loni's dedication and passion have transformed countless lives, making her a beloved instructor in the Pilates community.

Yoga came into my life as a kid when my mom took me to my first Hatha yoga classes. The practice has stayed with me since. My teaching philosophy is rooted in empowerment, compassion, and self discovery. I always want the yogi to feel comfortable to do what feels right for them. I specialize in yin yoga, guided meditation and sound healing, and vinyasa style classes. While I am not on my mat I love to go to the beach, spend time with loved ones, and tend to my plants.

Allison Waguespack is a Yoga Instructor, Retreat Leader, and Mindfulness Coach. She has been teaching since 2004, starting with Ashtanga training under Larry Shultz in San Francisco. She has trained with renowned teachers like David Swenson, Shiva Rea, and Jason Crandell, and completed a 12-month anatomy program and a 2-year mindfulness certification. Allison’s Vinyasa Flow classes blend creative sequences, dynamic music, and mindfulness with humor. She teaches public and private classes, mindfulness workshops, and small group sessions. Allison resides in Delray Beach, FL, with her husband, two children, and two rescue dogs.

After several years in Washington, D.C. and New York City, Ashley returned home to South Florida to continue her journey in health and fitness. With a background in professional bodybuilding, she brings a strong foundation in strength training and body awareness to her Pilates practice. Ashley completed her training through Balanced Body and is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection between mind and body.

I believe movement is for every season of life, and my mission is to help people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies — no matter their age or starting point. My work blends science-backed training with the creativity and artistry of my 20+ years as a dancer, making workouts safe, effective, and enjoyable. I stand for inclusivity, accessibility, and creating a welcoming space where movement supports both physical and mental well-being.

Becca Pace's workouts are for everybody and every fitness level. For over a decade, she has been teaching mobility, strength, and flexibility flows and holds multiple certifications in bodyART, Barre, and Pilates. She pays close attention to detail with thorough cueing that is easy to follow. All of her classes will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body, mind, and breath.

I’m a certified 200-hour yoga teacher trained in Hawaii, with additional Dharma Yoga training in New York and a deep background in Vipassana meditation. Yoga came into my life during one of its most intense chapters and became a path of healing that changed everything. I discovered how deeply the body holds emotion and memory, and how mindful movement can release tension and shift the patterns that shape our lives. In my classes, I guide students through flows that support a deep connection between body and mind, using affirmations, presence, and heart-centered language. My intention is to create space for healing, grounding, and transformation on and off the mat.

I'm passionate about using the tools of yoga to help those who feel disconnected - from themselves, their community, or their sense of identity. As a mom of two young boys and active daughter of aging parents, I adopted a multigenerational approach that welcomes kids, adults of all ages. My goal is to build connection and community through shared practice.

Hi, I’m Lily! I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies. With a background in classical ballet, I’ve always been drawn to movement that’s intentional and expressive. Teaching Pilates allows me to combine that foundation with my love for mindful strength and energizing flows, creating space for others to move with purpose and leave feeling centered, empowered, and sweaty! My goal is to guide you through your practice with support, encouragement, and a reminder of what you’re capable of.
