Yoga, their way.

Yoga looks a little different when you're a kid. It's stretching into funny shapes, balancing, breathing, moving like animals, making up stories, and sometimes giggling your way out of a pose. And that's exactly how we like it.

We don't expect little yogis to stay perfectly still or master every pose. Instead, we use yoga as a starting point for movement, stories, and creative play. One moment we might be balancing like a tree, the next stretching like a cat, moving through a playful sequence, or discovering a completely new shape. There's no perfect pose and no pressure to get things right. Just plenty of room to try, move, and discover.

Big energy welcome. Kids have plenty of energy — and we're here for it. Our classes give them space to move while gently introducing the quieter side of yoga through simple breathing, stretching, and moments of relaxation. Because slowing down doesn't have to mean sitting perfectly still. Sometimes it's simply taking one breath before the next adventure begins.

Come as you are.

Some kids jump straight in. Others like to watch first, including a few minutes with you in class. Both are welcome.

Our kids' yoga classes are designed to feel playful, encouraging, and relaxed, giving every child space to join the experience in their own way. No competition. No pressure. No perfect poses.

Their class. Your hour.

While your little yogi enjoys their class, the hour is yours. Kids Yoga is a drop-off class, so parents are welcome to settle into our bistro, enjoy a coffee, read a few pages of a book, or find a quiet spot outside on the balcony. Stay close without having to stay in class. One hour for them to move, play, and explore. And maybe one hour for you to slow down, too.

I'm passionate about using the tools of yoga to help those who feel disconnected - from themselves, their community, or their sense of identity. As a mom of two young boys and active daughter of aging parents, I adopted a multigenerational approach that welcomes kids, adults of all ages. My goal is to build connection and community through shared practice.
