Introduction to Sculpt

Strength meets movement.

Through a combination of controlled strength work, flowing sequences, and intentional repetition, we challenge the entire body while keeping the focus on quality of movement. All accompanied by curated music that brings energy into the room and keeps you moving.

Using your own body weight and selected props, we work through sequences targeting the legs, glutes, core, and upper body. Expect a mix of squats, lunges, holds, pulses, and dynamic exercises, moving between moments of control and moments where we turn up the intensity. Sometimes we slow things down and let the muscles work. Sometimes we add energy and pace. The goal isn't to push harder for the sake of it. It's about building strength, endurance, and confidence in the way your body moves.

Find your challenge.

No two bodies or days feel the same.

Our teachers offer variations throughout the class, giving you the freedom to adjust the intensity while still encouraging you to find your edge. Take the challenge when it feels right. Modify when you need to. And know that both belong in the same room.

As a human, an artist, writer, and yoga guide my current desire is to positively inspire the way humanity sees the world through something as simple as movement, words, and photographs. Teaching yoga and creating are gifts that I always want to continue giving for however long I have on this Earth. They are sanctuaries for passionate self-expression and evidence of the most radical self-love. In other words, with the curiosity of my soul, the impeccability of my words, and my eye for detail I want to engulf people with adventures that are like never before. Something that lingers in the imagination and becomes reality once manifested. So let's go on an adventure!

Is Sculpt suitable for beginners?
Yes, Sculpt works for every level. If it's your first class, let your instructor know beforehand so they can keep an eye on you and offer guidance throughout.
What can I expect from a Sculpt class?
Sculpt focuses on muscle toning and definition through dynamic, higher-rep movements. Expect your heart rate up and your muscles working hard—with light equipment like dumbbells and bands driving a real, satisfying burn by the end of class.
What equipment is used in Sculpt classes?
We provide everything you need—dumbbells, resistance bands, and balls are all included, so you can simply show up ready to move.
What's the difference between Sculpt and Pilates?
Sculpt is more dynamic and burn-focused, using light equipment like dumbbells and bands with higher repetitions. Pilates centers on core strength, stability, and controlled, precise movement using your own body weight. Think "burn and build" for Sculpt versus "controlled and focused" for Pilates.
